of Baileys Harbor, down historic Ridges Road. Our harbor is safe and snug allowing plenty of water sport activity.
Being surrounded by the timberland of the Tofts Point Nature Preserve affords unusual glimpses of rare flora as
well as wildlife.

GENERAL
INFORMATION
Deposits: A 50% deposit of the total reservation is required within 7 days of making the
reservation.
Cancellation: Cancellations at least 14 days prior to date of reservation will receive a full
refund minus a $25 office charge. Deposits for reservations cancelled with less than 14 days notice will be
forfeited.
Additional guests: There is an additional guest charge of $15 per night per person for persons 13
and older. Children 12 & under stay free.
Early Departures: Guests are responsible for all nights reserved
and confirmed.
Minimums: Two and three night minimums required during certain time periods.
